  • I work with founder-led, service-based businesses that have already proven their business works, you have clients, revenue, and probably a small team but the business still runs through you. If you're the one holding the client relationships, the business knowledge, and the decisions together, you're in the right place.

  • That's actually the most common place people start. You don't need a plan before we talk, you just need to know something feels off. Maybe you're the bottleneck in every process, maybe you can't take real time away, maybe you've started wondering what the business would even be worth without you. We'll map it out together and figure out what matters most first.

  • We start by getting clear on where the business depends too heavily on you:  decisions, delivery, client relationships, knowledge that only lives in your head. From there, we build and document the systems, leadership structure, and processes to change that. You get a business that runs like an asset, not just a job that happens to have your name on it.

  • Yes. While The Business Management Co. is based in Canada and Canada is our primary market, we work with service-based businesses internationally as well.

    Much of our work is delivered virtually, we can support clients across different countries and time zones with systems, operations, client experience, and strategic advisory services.

  • Yes, I work inside the tools you already have, or help you figure out which ones you actually need. The tools were never really the point. What matters is getting the knowledge out of your head and into systems someone else can run, whether that's a CRM workflow in Dubsado, project management in ClickUp, or your client experience in Kajabi.

  • We build the systems before you scale so you're not just handing your team the same chaos you're living in. I help audit what can be delegated, create documentation your team can actually follow, and put structure in place that frees you up for the work only you can do.

  •  No. Most clients start here because they want more freedom now, not because they're headed for an exit. But everything we build, stronger systems, less founder dependency, clearer leadership also increases what the business would be worth to someone else, whenever that day comes. Freedom now and value later aren't two different projects.

  • If you're pre-revenue, still validating an idea, or looking for a done-in-a-day fix, we're probably not the right match yet. I'm also not the right fit if you're looking for someone to become your permanent second-in-command, my work has a defined endpoint. The goal is a stronger business, not a business that now depends on me instead of you.
