That was me too. And it's exactly why I do this work.

In February 2023, everything I'd been pushing through finally caught up with me. My business looked fine from the outside  but inside, I had no structure, no clear plan, and I was leading completely on empty. It all came crashing down.

That moment forced me to rebuild intentionally. Not just with better systems, but with a real operational foundation: clear processes, stronger leadership, and a business model that actually supported my life instead of consuming it.

What I learned through that rebuild became the framework I now bring to every founder I work with. Because the chaotic, overwhelming, everything-in-your-head stage? It doesn't have to be permanent.

I started The Business Management Co. for women who are done surviving their businesses and ready to actually run them with structure, support, and space to breathe.
